1. About TaiOS and our AI systems

TaiOS is an AI-powered assistant operated by SagauCo™ (ABN 54532714102). It is designed to help small businesses handle enquiries, capture leads, assist with quoting and streamline communication. Other SagauCo projects may also use AI to generate content or responses.

These systems generate answers automatically based on patterns in data. They are not a human and do not “understand” information in the way people do.

2. No professional advice

AI outputs should be treated as general information only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, safety or other professional advice.

You should not rely on AI responses as the sole basis for decisions that could impact your finances, safety, property, business or wellbeing. Always seek qualified advice where required.

While we work to make TaiOS and our systems practical and helpful, AI can:
